Everyone’s path to fitness is unique to them. These are the most common ways we serve our clients but connect with us so we can tailor a solution that best suits your circumstances and goals.

Private 1 on 1 Training


Private 1 on 1 training is ideal if you need a more personal approach to your training and workouts. After developing a high-level game plan to help you reach your goals, you’ll train at our private facility and we’ll work together to make sure you’re comfortable with the movements, you understand what it is that you’re doing and why, and that any new movements to you are done with a strong foundation of form and technique.

  • Most efficient use of your time as the entire session is centered around you and your workout at hand

Private Small Group Training


Small private group of 2-3 training together in our facility. While less individualized, workouts would be designed to move toward shared goals and interests. This is a good option for young athletes who may be on a team together or siblings looking to train together or improve non-sports specific skills and generalized strength.

  • Learn new movements with friends, family, or close teammates

  • Accountability, motivation, and a little bit of friendly competition to keep you on track with your goals

  • Round robin and partner style workouts

Remote Coaching and Programming


Ideal for those who are unable to train at our facility in Southern California. Alternatively, for those who predominantly wish to have a workout program planned out for them. This would be most suitable for those who are at least somewhat comfortable with common gym movements. Using live session (if feasible) or video review, we’d work to ensure your technique and form are solid as well as introduce new movements into your training.

  • Customized weekly workout plans

  • Video review of form and technique available

  • Regular video conferences to discuss progress with training, answer questions, etc.
